Project Description:

E&R is providing CEI services for this Phased Design-Build (PDB) Project. The improvements to the corridor include the widening of I-75 for northbound and southbound auxiliary lanes for a 22.5-mile segment, the SR 44 bridge widening and bridge replacement at three separate locations – CR 462 near the community of Royal, CR 475, and SW 66th St – as well as the milling and resurfacing of I-75 and ramps and local roads. Drainage improvements will include installation and modification to the existing drainage system, grading roadside ditches and swales within the R/W and constructing stormwater management facilities. Additional work includes signalization, mast arm and sign support, and MSE walls. This project will also include correction of lighting deficiencies and replacement of ITS infrastructure.
