Project Description:
Eisman & Russo provided highway design, maintenance of traffic, roadway and school signals, major drainage improvements, pond designs, wetland mitigation and preparation of construction plans for 1.0-mile roadway section, including two- to five-lane urban improvement with construction of new high-level bridge over CSX railroad to eliminate at-grade crossing. E&R E&R received a Performance Grade of 94 from the FDOT. In addition, the project was completed without quantity revisions during the final project stages.
