Lenox Avenue Widening Improvements

Project Description:

Eisman & Russo provided civil engineering design services for the reconstruction/widening of Lenox Avenue. The project included roadway, drainage, and utility improvements for the widening of the existing 2-lane collector to a 3-lane urban roadway section and associated side street intersection improvements, intensive design of utility improvements and coordination of utility adjustments, and development of full contract documents for City improvement projects.

Full engineering and permitting of urban stormwater drainage system rehabilitation and improvements and stormwater treatment systems (five wet detention ponds) to alleviate flood conditions and provide treatment of runoff from roadway improvement areas within the 113-acre project basin through mostly residential areas.
