E&R is able to quickly mobilize our staff of engineers, certified inspectors and technicians needed to get roads cleared, staging sites identified, permitted and secured and crews on the ground. We have successfully responded to disaster events requiring rapid mobilization and ramp-up with full time and subcontractor personnel. E&R has also helped a number of municipalities receive the maximum reimbursement from Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and other funding agencies. All contracts, monitored by our experienced field supervisors and project managers, have been reimbursed to the maximum amount available by FEMA and FHWA. |
