The firm's mission is to provide the southeastern United States with high-quality engineering and planning services. Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, EISMAN & RUSSO is a full-service firm, capable of handling all project phases from conceptual planning through design, permitting, construction, inspection, and final certification.
